Not every opinion that comes your way at this time is an attack. Sometimes people are handing you the missing piece you need instead of throwing shade. Swallow your pride, absorb what's useful, and leave the rest behind. The people who improve fastest aren't the loudest - they're the ones brave enough to keep learning. If learning involves acknowledging and accepting a mistake, even better.
